RICHIE FEENEY (Director/Owner)

Over the past 10 years I have worked with 100’s of people or so helping them achieve their Fitness and Health goals. This has been done on many different levels by working with individuals one on one, with small groups or large Sports teams / panels. I’ve enjoyed lots of success during this time and always feel privileged being able to help people make a positive change in their lives through physical exercise, wether it’s on a one to one basis, within a class environment or working in a Sports Team setting. The world of Health & Fitness is always changing but one thing that always stays constant is my desire to be up to date, enthusiastic and energetic about helping people make positive changes and improvements to both their personal lives or sporting lives and in a lot of cases its both!!

During your initial meeting, I will begin the process of getting to know you, in terms of your health and fitness goals, your health and exercise history, as well as your likes and dislikes regarding lifestyle choices around exercise and eating habits. Depending on your fitness goals, I will administer a variety of assessments during the initial session, or may reserve some assessments until a point in your program that is more appropriate. The assessments that are ultimately selected are done so in line with your fitness goals, and are used to establish a baseline for progress comparison further down the road. Assessments are also used to gauge your current level of fitness, and will help me in developing your customized program (in terms of selecting proper exercise intensity, appropriate weight for strength training exercises, etc) and meeting your health and fitness needs.

Why do I want to coach/train people?

Mainly because I like to help people and also feel there is a need to help educate others around health & fitness. I have been a CrossFit follower for 4 or 5 years now and to see people doing things they thought were impossible is a huge bonus when coaching people.

LIAM HANNON (Fitness Instructor)

I have always been passionate about Health and Fitness. From a young age I have been involved in various Sports and as I got older I became very interested in Weight Lifting and Strength training. Because of this I wanted to learn more about Health and Fitness so I became a fitness instructor. I am motivated to help others and make exercise fun and enjoyable as possible whilst helping you to achieve your fitness goals.
