WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
At the CrossFit Roscommon’s classes you will be using a wide range of equipment such as Barbells, Kettlebells, Dumbells, Medicine Balls and with an open area of Astroturf at the rear of the facility where exercises such as Tyre Flips, Sled Pulls & Prowler Pushes can be performed.
The CrossFit Journal is a fitness, health and lifestyle publication dedicated to the improvement of athletic performance and quality of life. The searchable Journal archives run from April 2002 to the present and contain over 3,100 high-quality PDF articles, videos and audio files covering diverse topics including exercise technique, nutrition, injuries and rehab, equipment, coaching, and much more.
Each class is different whether we are working on strength, cardio or maybe both.
We try to programme each class to help challenge yourself in ways you would never have tried. All our CrossFit classes are developed for scalability so people of any fitness level can join in and enjoy the experience.
