WOMEN'S BOOTCAMP

Body Blast Bootcamp is a women’s only bootcamp which uses various training equipment such as sleds, prowlers, battle ropes, Kettlebells, posts and tyres. These combined with traditional, new and alternative training methods gives the perfect blend for blasting body fat through high intensity exercise. This class guarantees results in an enjoyable group setting where no two classes are ever the same, which leaves you and your body thinking.

HIIT CLASS

Our Hitt Class is a High Intensity Interval Training session guaranteed to get the heart rate going and burn those calories. Each Class runs for approx. 50min and accommodates those with a busy evening schedule looking to get a training session in within the day. It involves a wide range of exercises including bodyweight, Kettlebells, Dumbells and Core to give you an all round body workout on your lunch hour. Shower facilities are available here at the gym.

SEA SESSION

Strength, Endurance, Aerobbic and Anaerobic training to work every muscle group, increases your motivation and heighten fitness levels!

MOBILITY CLASS

Mobility is one of the most important parts of CrossFit. The techniques used in CrossFit are quite technical it helps to have the mobility to perform those exercise comfortably and safe. Whether its sitting at a desk all day or playing sport, anyone hoping to improve their movement and aid their recovery our mobility class can help with that.
We will be running this mobility class once a week (see timetable) at the beginning. We will work with equipment such as Foam Rollers, Power Bands, Barbells, Plates and other pieces to improve your range of motion.

OPEN WOD SESSION

Now we are glad to be offering Two NEW classes where our clients will have the opportunity to train with the trainers for FREE! Ever wondered what trainers do when they workout? Then why not try training with Richie, Kieran or Liam in these one of a kind classes. Why not be pushed and push yourself in these hour long classes. These classes will be scalable for every level of fitness so do not worry. Come along and enjoy.

PILATES

Pilates Classes are for a complete body awareness improvement conditioning. As well as Balance, Posture, Back Injuries, Tone and Core improvement. Contact: Brendan on 087-768-1730 Classes start @ 5:45pm – 6:45pm Tuesdays/Wednesdays. €10 per class.
