CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular training.
Hitt stands for High Intensity Interval Training and our classes guarantee to get the heart rate going and burn those calories. Each Class runs for approx. 50min and accommodates those with a busy evening schedule looking to get a training session in within the day. It involves a wide range of exercises including bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbells and core to give you an all round body workout on your lunch hour. Shower facilities are available here at the gym. 
Metcon - an abbreviation for "metabolic conditioning" is a workout regimen designed to supercharge your body's energy systems. This is done through a series of high-intensity exercises that blend strength and cardiovascular training.
